Viktor Nikolayevich Liina (russian: Виктор Николаевич Лиина; born 19 July 1968) is an officer of the
Russian Navy. He holds the rank of admiral, and is currently serving as Commander in Chief of the
Baltic Fleet.

On 9 August 2012 Liina was promoted to the rank of

Northeastern Group of Troops and Forces in December 2012.
